ABS plastic is a lightweight, high-strength material. Wochuan often use ABS for the outer casing of our devices, making them more portable. Additionally, the high-strength material casing reduces daily wear and protects internal components. ABS plastic that does not require spraying eliminates the need for coating processes, reduces harmful gas emissions, and is more environmentally friendly.
Aluminum alloy is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and has good thermal conductivity. It improves product portability, reduces wear on the product casing, and effectively enhances heat dissipation efficiency. Furthermore, it is a recyclable material. Due to these combined characteristics, aluminum alloy is commonly used by Wochuan as a preferred option for metal casing design.
Silicone is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and possesses heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, flexibility, elasticity, and ease of cleaning. It is used in parts of cleaning devices and facial contact areas, such as LED face masks, to increase product durability and improve the user’s skin experience.
Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) is known for its excellent strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. It is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic with outstanding durability and heat resistance. PBT plastic’s fire resistance also meets many environmental standards, such as the UL94 V-0 level. Wochuan often selects this material for the design of Straightener & Curler.
Polyurethane (PU) is renowned for its excellent water resistance, heat resistance, and solvent resistance. It is used in some massage products to improve durability and extend the product's lifespan. Additionally, as a biodegradable material, Wochuan promotes the use of PU to contribute to environmental protection.
Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) is a flexible, low-temperature resistant material with excellent impact resistance and chemical resistance. Wochuan uses this material as the main component in neck massage pillows, providing a comfortable feel and good protective performance, thereby enhancing the user experience.
Polycarbonate (PC) is a transparent, impact-resistant material with excellent thermal stability. Wochuan frequently uses it for small appliance shells and light covers, as it provides good light transmittance and impact resistance, ensuring the safety and aesthetic quality of the product during use.
Quartz material has excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, and high hardness. We use this material for the lamp tubes of hair removal devices. Although quartz lamp tubes are more expensive than glass ones, they offer longer lifespan and better hair removal results. This is why Wochuan promotes quartz lamp tube hair removal devices.
Titanium alloy has extremely high strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. Wochuan uses this material in the design of razor blades. Its lightweight feature makes the product more portable, and its excellent performance in high-temperature and humid environments ensures long-term stability of the device.

Due to its good heat resistance and chemical resistance, PA can withstand high temperatures and provide heat insulation, preventing burns.
